I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were exactly like in the photos and had a good shower, wifi, and a small kitchenette, making them really convenient. The service, especially the laundry service, was top-notch. The location was perfect, close to everything and with easy access to transportation. I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos with a small kitchenette, had a good shower, and were updated and clean. The location was convenient, being close to the bus stop that goes into SF downtown and the Buses of the 14 line to SF downtown. The dining was inclusive and offered the best pizza. However, there were some issues with the laundry service that affected my experience.
